Technology Department Contact Information:

Greetings and welcome to the Priory!   The Technology Department is open from Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm.   Our phone number is (650) 851-6195 and our email address is helpdesk@prioryca.org.   We are happy to provide assistance with any information technology (IT) issue including the following:
  • Password re-sets and authentication issues
  • Wireless network connectivity
  • Printer setup & troubleshooting
  • School required software distribution
  • Recommendations and technology discussion
  • Full technical support to any priory-owned technology equipment
  • Minor troubleshooting to student-owned personal computers[1]

 

[1] It is the Priory’s policy to limit the amount of technical support we can provide to students on their personal computers however, we will always be helpful where we can be and are happy to provide referrals and advice when appropriate.

  • Provides drop-in training on Moodle, PowerPoint, web design and a host of other topics.
  • Interacts with faculty implementing new uses of Technology.
  • By arrangement, visits the classroom to provide PowerPoint training to students
  • Works with faculty and seeks ways to best integrate Technology to support teaching and learning.
  • Provides faculty professional development.
  • Assists with GradeBook, PowerSchool, & Atlas Curriculum Mapping.
